The Kernan 68, “Peligroso”, was designed to race competitively in Southern California under ORR, PHRF, and Americap. The boat features a comfortable interior for an ultralight. The composite chainplates were designed to accomodate owners’ pilot berths Port and Starboard. A head with shower is forward. The galley is complete with refrigeration, microwave, stove, and icemaker. Peligroso was built of post-cured carbon and balsa core by Dencho Marine.
SailMagazine “One of the most successful boats in Southern California this past year was Peligroso, a Tim Kernan design aimed at reviving the good old days.”
